Custom Jigs
If you need a custom jig for your flatbed printer, whether it’s for a specific specialist application or a completely bespoke size, we're here to assist. We design jigs for a range of flatbed machines, including Roland, Mimaki, Logojet, and Mutoh, as well as other flatbed printers.
To get started, please contact us by email with your requirements. When emailing, please include as much detail as possible: product type, quantity, size, shape, and budget. For faster processing, also provide your delivery address and required date. Depending on the complexity of the sample design, our lead time varies between 2-6 weeks for custom Jigs after your order confirmation.
Requesting Custom or Specialist Jigs is a 6-step process:
1. Get in Touch:
Send us an email detailing your jig needs. Specify the model of your flatbed printing machine, such as Roland LEF 200, Mimaki UJF, or generic Flatbed UV Printer.
2. Send Us a Photo:
Providing a photo of the item you want to print can help us advise you better, though we might need samples for more accurate design.
3. Send Us Samples:
If additional information is needed, we will request at least 2 samples of the item to be printed.
4. Quote & Approval:
We will provide a quote based on the jig's complexity. Once you approve and make the payment, we will create your jig using precision cutting technology and state-of-the-art machinery.
5. Shipping:
Once manufactured, your jig will be packaged securely and dispatched for shipping to the address you provided.
6. Receive Your Jig:
You’ll receive your completed jig along with a PDF artwork layout file via email.
Please note that specialist jigs may take several weeks to design and create due to their complexity.
